Causality.

“What do you mean by stressed? You are always calm, because you do yoga.”

Wait a moment, huh? Am I calm because I do yoga, or do I do yoga to ensure a sense of calm?

Do we get anxiety from being in a never-ending-cycle-of-noise with no down time, or does being in a never-ending-cycle-of-noise with no down time cause anxiety?

Fixing the symptom is a short term solution. Getting to the core of the problem, and addressing it, is what results in, well… longer term results. Put simply.

From language learning, adopting a much healthier lifestyle, screencations (screen vacations), to “finally fulfilling New Year resolutions”.

Don’t believe me? Try it!

Find the direction of causality, and take one step/day/conjugated verb, at a time…
