Fitness x Festive Season

Looking forward to Advent Running this year, which begins in just over a week.

A 25 day ‘challenge’ starting on the 1st of December. It encourages us all to run, cycle, practice Yoga, swim etc, everyday for 25 days.

Such a fun and healthy way of getting people together to get out there and moving, which can be a tad difficult over the festive season. Shall be tracking my daily progress in my journal, and then write up a post.

Currently working on a project alongside athletes, dancers, and fitness enthusiasts – so hopefully a few of them shall get on board too. Shall share more as and when the embargo is lifted!
